God has blessed Crossway with a team of gifted leaders who are committed to the
vision of a missional, reproducing, cell-based church in Northern Kentucky.
Our team consists of:
Ben Flanagan | The father of 3 boys is originally from
Danville, Illinois. He is a corporate pilot for
Ashland Inc.
Role | Environments, Support Ministries
Patrick Lewis | The father of 2 girls and 2 boys is originally from Lexington,
Kentucky. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He is a product
manager with Fidelity Investments.
Role | Finance, Strategic and Leadership Development
David Paolo | The father of 3 girls is originally from Madeira, Ohio.
He is a real estate investor and a "stay-at-home dad."
Role | Communications, Marketing
Jeff Miller | The father of 3 girls is originally from Maine and graduated
from Cedarville University. He works as a product engineer with Proctor and
Gamble.
