Why we exist: So people will KNOW the love of Jesus Christ, GROW in their faith, and GO to serve their world!

KNOW: We take seriously our responsibility to share the message of Christ's unconditional love. We want all people to hear, see, and feel the gospel. It is our mission to put Christ's love on public display by obeying the Holy Spirit, giving God the credit, strategically and humbly serving others, showing unconditional love for each other, proclaiming the salvation Jesus offers to all people, and inspiring others to do the same.
GROW: God has created all people for deep and intimate relationship with him. He has called all of us to leave behind our self-centered and broken lives to be maturing committed followers of Jesus. The intentional lifelong pursuit of becoming like Christ in every area of life is an expectation of every Christ-follower. It is our mission to create environments and relationships where people experience spiritual transformation.

GO: Each committed believer should see themselves as a missionary and be "on mission" both locally and globally. We must engage the immediate and global cultures by being in them. Crossway's mission is to send people back to their community and around the world with the compassion, skills, and resources to transform it!
